Christina Clifford joins Union Literary with extensive experience as an agent, having previously represented several award-winning authors and secured US publication for international works. A lifelong New Yorker and devoted reader, Christina is eager to discover both established authors and emerging talent across fiction and nonfiction. She specializes in literary fiction, with a particular fondness for international voices reminiscent of William Trevor, Edna O’Brien, Zadie Smith, Rohinton Mistry, Mario Vargas Llosa, J.M. Coetzee, and Nadine Gordimer. Christina is also focused on expanding her narrative nonfiction list, seeking projects in historical biography, memoir, business, and science. Christina has three children and lives in New York City.
