About the Agent
Kim Devine Lombardini has worn many hats in the book and publishing world. Her life in books has allowed her to attend church with Rosa Parks, work with Maya Angelou, lunch with President Barack Obama, and talk books with a firmament of entertainment, literature, and music stars and political leaders. Originally from Detroit, Kim began her career in books at Barnes & Noble. Random House then hired her as a National Accounts Marketing Representative, where she hand-sold books to booksellers at both the Barnes & Noble and Borders chains from Chicago to Cleveland. She later worked for the East End of Long Island literary stalwart BookHampton. Kim is currently Manager of the Spitzer Agency and an acquiring agent. She is interested in domestic thrillers, horror, African American literature, micro-histories, and biography/memoir.
