Marly Rusoff founded Marly Rusoff & Associates, Inc. in 2001, after more than twenty years as a publishing executive at Houghton Mifflin, Doubleday, and William Morrow. Her extensive experience in marketing, publicity, and editorial roles within major publishing houses allows her to support authors comprehensively, from proposal development to the promotion of their finished work. The agency is intentionally small, with a strong commitment to literary quality. Marly has a particular success in placing fiction, debut authors, and literary non-fiction.
