About the Agent
Mia Vitale represents New York Times bestselling memoirs, platform-driven essay collections, and books by wellness experts. Her list also includes critically acclaimed fiction, forthcoming cookbooks from social media stars, and women's fiction. Mia is looking for smart books for smart women. In fiction, she seeks character-driven stories, narratives that play with form, and your book club’s next read. Prior to working in publishing, Mia worked at several non-profit theaters in Chicago. After three and a half years at The Wylie Agency, where she worked on literary fiction, narrative nonfiction, and with literary estates, she joined the team at Park & Fine (now Park, Fine & Brower) in 2021. Originally from Chicago, she is a graduate of Harvard University and the Columbia Publishing Course. She lives in Brooklyn and is a theater enthusiast.
