About the Agent

Pilar Queen joined UTA in 2019 as a publishing agent based in New York City. She spent the previous decade at McCormick Literary, representing bestselling authors including Brad Stone, Emily Chang, Grant Achatz, Andy Kessler, John Hope Bryant, Debi Mazar, and Simone de la Rue, among many others. At UTA, Queen has worked to expand the agency’s roster of storytellers and has helped clients create and leverage original intellectual property across various divisions and platforms. She has over 20 years of experience in the literary field and a history of overseeing major bestsellers. Since joining UTA, she has worked with Gisele Bündchen, Mary Trump, Karlie Kloss, Rob Delaney, Brian Stelter, Radhi Shetty, Chelsea Handler, Jose Antonio Vargas, Ali Vitali, Michael Barbaro, Arianna Huffington, Michael Dell, Kara Swisher, Elliot Page, Molly Jong-Fast, and many more fascinating and diverse figures.
